A double rainbow appeared in the sky over Harvard Law School after yesterday's storm.

The rainbow which is in brightest color is called primary rainbow and the rainbow which is faint in color is called secondary A secondary rainbow appears outside of a primary rainbow and develops when light entering a raindrop undergoes two internal reflections instead of just one as is the case with a primary rainbow.
