5 signs that you do not respect yourself....




The first step to tackle any kind of problem is the self-awareness,
so I hope that the following list will help you. If you have too any of the five signs 
that you do not love yourself, I hope after reading this article to find time to retrieve 
them with the most important person in your life - yourself
.
1. jealous happiness, success and relationships of other people.
A person who loves himself when he meets people who are more highly qualified 
success, the immediate reaction is the inspiration. 
Wants to know and hear more experience from this amazing person who can 
teach him so much.
On the other hand, someone who constantly makes self will feel jealousy, 
bitterness and failure. Sometimes, the feeling is so intense you can begin to hate 
the other person intensely. In fact, the only thing he hates is himself.
2. You say white lies constantly.
If you lie often, either small or large, and then you think you should have done, 
may it be because of the relationship you have with yourself.
Those who lie constantly in fact seek the approval and acceptance of others.
When we love ourselves acceptance and approval is constantly present because 

comes from within. However, when we are in a state of continuous self, 
our self-esteem is low, so subconsciously trying at every opportunity to fill the gap.
This way, you risk losing your integrity by some people that you might show disapproval. 

Do not worry though, this is something that is easily corrected and will not result in an abnormal situation!
3. Hard to do exercise, eat well or stop bad habits.
When we love someone, it goes without saying that we do not want to hurt him. 
I never would do bad example to the child or our dog.
When certainly dislike someone, the issue is different.
Those who love themselves find their pleasant even necessary daily care for the spirit 

and body. 
This is a natural result of reconciliation with themselves.
If you find it hard to show care of yourself, you should watch out so that this process can become a basic need and not a distant something that causes you guilt.
4. Do you feel happy only when everything is going well.
This is something that seems perfectly normal. Why be happy when things are bad?
Exactly what happens to people who love themselves.
Think that life is an adventure. If you make a trip and you're in good company, 

even if the plane is delayed or eating horrible taste, you will spend well. 
You can get the whole thing lightly and laugh. 
If you are bored or unhappy with your company, these little things can drive 
you crazy.
This is the strength of the relationship you have with yourself. 

When things are difficult laugh, adiaforiste and try again. 
When the situation is very bad, console yourself, take as much time as you need 
and reassure yourself that everything will be fine.
5. I get angry with yourself because you show any of these signs.
If you feel shame or fear because you discovered that you lack self-esteem,

They think that out of numbers and expectations. When they discover that somehow

Personally, I always support the following: self-improvement without esteem is like someone building a house on sand.

We need to build foundations to unconditional self-acceptance regardless of your achievements and aspirations.

to acquire new knowledge.
I think I'm one of the survivors of this terrible scourge of love deprivation. 

After stabilization my relationship with myself, 
I saw the relationship with my body, 
my mind, my family, my partner, my past - with all and all - to improve rapidly.
We live in a time when everyone is trying to become better, but they forget that 

the most important thing to fix is the communication between the heart, 
mind and spirit.
