Action Finance Initiative – AFI is a non-profit company founded 
by Action Aid Hellas and ADIE International in January 2014....
which aim is to combat financial and social exclusion by helping micro-entrepreneurs 
and unemployed people to create their own job, through micro loans disbursement 
and the delivering of training, business advice and other business development services (BDS). 

AFI, is about to launch a two-year pilot project in Greece, from resources that, 
for the first year, have already been secured by private and institutional funds, 
and for these purposes is seeking to recruit 
two (2)  Microcredit Advisers, 
one (1) in Athens and 
one (1) in Thessaloniki. 

Candidates must have a University Degree in Business Administration, 
Finance, Economics, or Agriculture and at least two (2) to three (3) years 
of professional experience in the field of entrepreneurship support and/or
 financing in private or non-profit sector. 

Candidates must be self-driven, result oriented with positive outlook and motivated 
by a project combining economic, social and financial performance. 
They must be able to practice « out of the box » thinking and to communicate with
 unemployed creating their small business as well as with a wide range 
of partners such as NGOs, banks, administration, private sector etc.
